would I ever be able to get onto the property ladder in a few-ish years? I live in North London, just graduated with a 2:1 in chemistry at a good uni and atm am jobhunting. I want to fly the nest but at home im living VERY cheaply. My sister is a pharmacist at by the age of 28 she has 2 flats and is earning from the rent she gets whilst she still lives at home. I think she'll move out when she gets married. I want to live somewhere else but if I do i dont want to be renting forever - ,y wages will pay my rent, in Ireland will I be able to somehow save and buy a flat? Bear in mind I might want to go out and make new friends which will also cost money. Or should I just stay at home as it will be cheaper, even if its not the happiest place for me (Ireland might be better but I could live their and make no friends, have a rubbish job etc)

sorry thats a BIG q lol!! thanks x*x

  1. in all honesty i think you would be best off stayin where you are. the cost of living in ireland is extremly high and i seriously doubt you would be able to save enough to buy your own property.

  2. of course good luck you are an eu resident so you shouldnt have any probs xx
