i own my mobile home, but rent the space my landlord is trying to evict me for no good reason. he is just saying "owner wants possession". I am current with my lot rent, my yard is clean, all vehicles are fully legal, and i dont owe any thing on my mobilehome. we are quiet people, we dont bother anybody, we keep to our selves, no loud noises, no parties, etc. where can i go for help. i dont have the money to hire an attorney. does he have legal grounds to evict me?

  1. You might check with the Legal Aid Society located in or near your city.

If you don't have one near you, look in your telephone book and call your local Bar Association, see if they have an attorney on staff for free legal advice Pro Bono.

I hope this has been of some use to you, good luck.
