  4. I don't know where balfast is, but if you are going to Belfast then the answer is NO

  5. Do you mean Belfast? Belfast is part of the UK, dummy.  You may need to provide proof of identity when passing through security, but that's the only reason to take your passport when travelling from London to Belfast.
