If i only walk...2 hours a day...?

can i lose weight? like if i walk 2 hours everyday or on most days and also doing other little exercise (situps dungbells leglifts) and i do this on a daily basis could i lose weight ?

  1. for sure, you will start seeing a difference on the scale after about a month of this, just dont eat to compensate all that exercise, dont tell yourself you can eat whatever you want, big mistake, that's why they say Diet and exercise


  2. It depends.

    The only thing that matters with weight loss is calories in / calories out.

    If you eat around 1600-1800 cals a day and do that exercise routine, then yes, you'll definitely lose weight.  If you eat 2400 calories a day you won't.

    The best thing is to do cardio like walking or jogging most of the days of the week, and then do strength training on 2 days (but leave at least a day in between for your muscles to heal)

  3. I want for you to understand that exercise is wonderful. However, you must exercise until you feel really great. You, most certainly, don't want to become tired. This will cancel out all of your efforts to lose weight. Don't wait until you are so extremely tired that the 'exercise' makes you discouraged. As always, I wish you well. Peace!!!
