If i open a preschool with a full preschool program can i name it "preschool"legally?

i want to name it Tiny Tots Preschool. Can i legally do this?

Yes you can. As long as someone also does not have the name already (It is already an LLC) If the name is already chosen and it is licensed you cannot use that name. Go to this link for more info on LLC's:

If that name is not already chosen use it. And you might also want to license it so no one else can use your name.

My mom opened a preschool and named it Westside Learning Academy. And it is an LLC.

you can call yourself anything you want, just make sure you have the credentials and the curicullum to back it up.

You can call it anything you want, but I'd check to see if Tiny Tots is taken in your area. it's a very popular name.
