Usually yes, if not you can get them cheap at a Radio Shack as well as any extra wire that you need.  Be sure to mount the fuse as close as you can to the power source to insure that that fuse will protect as much of the wiring as possible in cse of a short circuit.  A good way is to mount the heavy current 12 volts right out of the positive battery post and have a relay wired into you accessory switch (key) to turn it on.

The built in fuses will but not the fuse and "everything" else, RCA cables, fuse for the power cable, grounding wire, etc...you will need to purchase an amp kit.

i should. if it don't just buy the fuse and the wires if it don't come with it. if you can talk to the people/ person that is selling it ask em. i bought a monitor form ebay and it came with an extension cord. i needed a cord that plugs the monitor to the computer no a freakin extension. so i had to buy it. $30 man.

just wait for it to come. when it arrives, open it up. if everything is there, perfect. if not, just head to the auto parts store or hardware store and get a fuse kit. or, just tap into another circuit.

what normally comes with an amp is the fuses in the amp.. how many it may be.. normally 2 or 3 for semi high powered amps.. normally those rating 1000watts peak to 2000watts peak...

it should also come with a remote bass control k**b..

also an instruction manual and some other stupid papers u shouldnt need except the product card for warranty purposes
