If i owe a community college can i go to a state college?

i owe kennedy king college in chicago i want to attend chicago state.. i dont know how that works because they are in the same state.. im looking to go back to school in august or jan

Dont think it matters I went to a private college and then community. You just have to make sure the new college tells the old college you are attended to deferred your loans or you will have to start paying them back
