If i pass a regents exam but dont do as well as i wanted to, can i retake it in august to do better on it ?

okay. i took the math A regents in june and passed witha 70%. it was an easy test and somehow i did not do as good as i thought i would of. my parents were kinda pissed at my grade and want to know whether i can retake the exam to do better on it than a 70%. even though i passed the exam. can i do this ?? thankkx please resond asap.. need to know rite away!!!

  2. regents exams aren't that important... colleges dont care much about regents (unless you apply to a state school in NY) .. however, getting a 70 on a regents with such easy questions and such a generous curve might make u look bad in front of colleges. it wont take you much work at all to study for it either, so just retake it.

  3. yes u can always take it again no matter if u pass of fail...and college will only see the better grade.
