If i pass a regents exam but dont do as well as i wanted to, can i retake it in august to do better on it ?

okay. i took the math A regents in june and passed witha 70%. it was an easy test and somehow i did not do as good as i thought i would of. my parents were kinda pissed at my grade and want to know whether i can retake the exam to do better on it than a 70%. even though i passed the exam. can i do this ?? thankkx please resond asap.. need to know rite away!!!

No. Only if you fail.

regents exams aren't that important... colleges dont care much about regents (unless you apply to a state school in NY) .. however, getting a 70 on a regents with such easy questions and such a generous curve might make u look bad in front of colleges. it wont take you much work at all to study for it either, so just retake it.

yes u can always take it again no matter if u pass of fail...and college will only see the better grade.
