question is not ask by proper way ,its need more detail but over all as per my assumption i will try to satisfied you .

-as per IRDA guide line you will get not any assured return but any company will give presentation of 6% to 10% during the time.so calculating by your taking term.

-and matter of insurance generally with 20 years term you will get Rs.10,00,000=00 insurance as per general guide line of IRDA,and during the term insurance or nav wich ever will high your spouse will get on your unexpected death!

and my advise to not invest in ULIP!
