  1. as a punishment yes if shes still ur legal guardian, if uve moved out no

  2. they dont have a right to take **** if you baught it. ill tell them it aint like her *** payed for it. ill take some of her ****.

  3. Well if you respect your mom then you would not have to ask as respect means giving up things you own to those who take care of you because:

    1. You live in their home, eat their food and sleep in a bed they provide.

    2.  She is your mom and she knows best for you.

    3.  If you didn't do things you know are wrong or fail to do whatever chores she asks of you.

I would say yes she does until your 18 and moved out.  I would have a plan with her about how you will be punished and stick to the plan.  Both of you should reach an agreement to get along.

  4. if you are under 18  yes she sure does unfortunately :(

  5. I remember I got $350 dollars for Christmas and got it taken all away. Never once used it. Instead it was payed for "important things" like food and bills. At first I didn't understand it (and I still don't) but I realized as long as you live with your parents, they make the rules. Until you move out, your kinda stuck. Besides, she probably knew I was going to blow off all the money in a week anyway so I guess in a way it was kinda a good thing.

  6. yes she does

  7. no its your own thingss

  8. Well, are you living in her house, eating her food, using her electricity? then yes. she does

Untill you are not needing her financial ability to make you life spin, she has a right to do what she wants!

P.s. When you say your own money - is it from allowences? cause that $hitt, you should be doing anyway, cause you live there

  9. Yes, your parent has the right to take anything away from you, even if you purchased it with money from an outside source.  Until you are 18 and/or move out of their home, you have no right to private posessions, it is a privelege that can be revoked at any time.

I know that is probably not what you want to hear, but it is the reality of life.

  10. I can understand your frustrations, I remember that same situation not too long ago actually.

Depends on why she took it away. If you are abusing or using them inappropriately, then she has every right to take them away. She is your mother and is looking out for your best interest.

  11. if you earned all the money you spend on it by yourself then no.

  12. h**l no. it's private property, and it's technically illegal.

  13. Yes If it's in her house

  14. Well by law she dows.... anything you own she (or your parents) own. But it is yours so NO....

  15. I say yes.  if your living under her house.  Unless its a pet, like a gerbil then you have every right.  Or if you consumstionize sprite

  16. OMG I cant believe i am going to quote my mom on something I hated when i was growing up. You live in her house so you must abide by her rules. if she feels that you are misbehaving and taking away those things seems to be a good punishment  then she has every right to do it. My lil bro still lives with my mom and she would still ground him which means taking away his car, phone, ipod, computer, stereo and playstation and he is 18.    It sucks having a strict mom, trust me, I know.
