If i plug a AC 10Volt cord into a DC 9Volt speaker what will happen?

AC into a DC speaker.... that means the speaker is a powered speaker, and I assume you refer to putting AC into the power connection, not the sound connection. Usually, you get a hum for a few seconds then it damages the electronics (the power is for the internal amplifier), but you also could burn out the electronics without any sound.

Putting AC 9 into AC 10 power would probably work ok.

Putting AC 10 into AC 9 power could possible fry something, and I would not do it.

whats really your question if you said its working 10 volts its 10 volts beside the amp required by the device, doesnt matter if is ac or dc
