  1. Login as administrator.

  2. sometimes it happens that one of the windows/pages on your pc almost "hangs".so you can go to the "process" section and you'll click on that window/page and then click on end program.the computer will return to the first state.

  3. Nothing. From what you say, you have USER level rights and you need ADMIN level rights to access this. There is a reason why an administrator restricts the rights of users. Usually, this is a company machine and they want to maintain the integrity of the software installed. This prevents a virus from attacking your machine when you happen to click on a malicious web page while surfing the net. Being able to restrict the 3 finger salute is a way to keep the machine secure from attack. A virus can install itself in such a way that it only becomes effective when you DO use the 3 finger salute to restart. Ctrl-Alt_Del bypasses a lot of the normal shutdown processes which are designed to keep the machine secure from a virus attack. So, by restricting your ability to use the 3 finger salute, the administrators have precluded a way for a virus to attack the machine. Why do you think you need to use a forced restart anyway? Why not do a normal shutdown and restart? You ARE aware that an employer can spy on everything you do, every keystroke and does not have to tell you they are doing this? AND that they keep log files which can be used as evidence against you for misuse of company resources, and that these log files can be used as a basis to FIRE YOU for misuse of company resources for personal business? Don't do the crime if you can't do the time... Trite, but true.

  4. You need to be the administrator, before you use that function! :)
