If i purchase a All - Access Visa gift card , and get more money off a gambling site can i withdrawal with it?

If i purchase that card and win money , can the winnings be withdrawn to the card like a normal card would.

For example i buy a 25 dollar card win say 10 bucks now i have a total amount of 30 dollars can i withdraw it to my card to have 30 dollars on the prepaid card.?

You generally can't withdraw to a card if you live in the US.  I've successfully used the All Access Card on gambling sites, but have taken payout by check or Money Gram, depending on the site.

Most gambling sites do not accept Visa gift cards for the reason minors can buy them and use them on their sites.  Also if you look in the T&C of the Visa card you will notice it cannot be used to fund gambling accounts.
