  1. Hundred and fifty quid...

  2. 9999999999999999999999999999999999999 pounds

  3. I'd love to be the bookies of the first two answers, lol.

You would get back 250 pounds (150 profit + your 100 stake).

6/4 means that for every 4 you bet, you win 6 (that's profit, you do get your stake back too). You can convert this to decimal odds if you prefer by just multiplying out the fraction and adding 1, so for 6/4, that's 2.50

  4. both answers are technically correct. Some bookmakers will only pay out your profit and not your stake. Some pay out your profit plus stake. You will need to check before making your bet though :)

  5. You will get a return of £250 from your £100 stake therefore you will have made a £150 profit.

6/4 is the same as 3/2

The denominater of the fraction is equivalent to your stake and the numerator is your profit.

therefore your £100 in the 6/4 scenario is equivalent to 4 x £25 and your profit is 6 x £25

  6. 150 pounds

  7. The previous poster is correct - you'll get 250 back and 150 will be winnings.
