If i put a two stroke moped pipe on my 4 stroke moped will it effect it?

I know that 2 strokes need back pressure and strokers don't etc i was just wondering if a 2 stroke pipe will add pressure or anything or just balls my bike up in any way ?

Yes it will and not the way you want.....

You don't want to put any pipe smaller than the stock pipes otherwise you could end up with back pressure. You can put a bigger pipe on, but be careful of your counties noise regulations.
