  1. Just clean out the fans and add another fan.

    the fan blades build up with dust and they cant move the air like they were designed to.  

    CLEAN EM

  3. It will change your heating problem to an electrical problem when the condensation gets in the computer.

    I agree you likely have dirty fans. Get a can of compressed air and use a vacuum.  

  5. No, it is nowhere near the parts that need cooling.  Get an auxiliary fan.
