According to some cheat websites, some missions don't appear at all if you cheat. Best not save if you have cheated...

ONLY IF YOU SAVE THE FILE!!!. The thing is i try to go for pro accounts like my GTA VI is pro as i have never use a cheat but... 1

good thing that  was GTA III.

yep av heard me mate put cheats into his ps3 for gta and it slowed the gameplay down. when he was turning the corner in a car the game would freeze for like 2 secounds then work again.

If you cheat and save it will, but if you cheat and dont save it'll wont ruin.

No it won't mess up your save unless you use the sluggish cheat or complete game 100 % but u can only use dem if u import file from pc 2 Xbox through live
