  2. based upon the studies they have done on this.. they say that adding milk to green tea doesn't give you the same nutrients and antioxidants as plain green tea. Didn't say anything about sugar.

  5. No apparently they don't affect the absorption of antioxidants but I think milk in green tea would taste pretty foul!

  6. well yes u will still get the purity and goodness from the tea, but sugar is bad for u, and gives u the wrong kind of energy. u wont feel as pure after u drink it but i cant see it doing any harm.

    Being a green tea drinker myself,You will be determing the anti oxidant Plus it wont taste quite the same as Tea,Try putting 2 t spoons of honey in instead, its all natural and will have the same effect,,without duping the anti-oxidants x

  9. Do not use sugar(or sugar substitutes)...of course. If it has to be sweet, then use honey.
