all i have is a treadmill and im trying to make my butt and legs bigger. i tried putting the treadmill on an incline so it will be like if im going up a hill but the incline is not that steep ..and i want to really feel it in my butt and thighs...i have these weights that you wrap around any part of your legs..usually your ankles or your arms...so i was wondering if that would help me see results faster(bigger butt and thighs and calves) if i put the weights on..and if the answer is yes..which part of my leg should i put the weights? on my ankles or above my knees on my thighs?

  1. There are suits you can buy that place weights on your thighs and chest. I doubt it is effective.

Lifting weights running stadium bleachers or stairs is the best way to gain size in your legs and butt.

Never use weights on your ankles.

  2. no its gonna hurt your back. you might try some leg presses or squats but I don't know why anyone would want bigger thighs or butts

  3. Running with weights is a sure-fire way to injury!!  Get off the treadmill and run outside.

  4. don't run with weights lift afterwards with actual weights.  The use of running weights increases injury.
