If i receive money through paypal is it 100% secure?

i received 450 on paypal for a service (painting a house). it showed up on my paypal page as a completed transaction. is there any way that this is a scam and the money will later be reversed or taken away from me or are the funds guaranteed there?

  1. In general, once the fund is in your account then the money is yours.  In some rare cases, the payer can request Paypal to reverse the transaction.  If Paypal has enough evident that warrant the reversal, they will do it.  Like I said, it is rare.

    If you are really worry about it, how don't you just transfer the money into your bank account or spend it.

It can only be reversed if there's a problem, the customer requests it and PayPal finds justification.  One way to know it's yours for sure is to transfer the PayPal balance to your bank account.  If the money appears in your bank account, it's yours and no one can reverse it.  If your customer wants it back, only you can take it out of the bank or a court can order you to pay it.

  4. Its real i have got money on pay pal but if its a scam site than it might not but 75 out of 100 times it works
