i purchased a usb flash drive from Target by a gift card. the device is not working, so i wanna return it. but i went to the website and they said something about not being able to return or i get a deduction or something. if i return the device, will they accept it?

  1. Unless you don't want the USB drive, they should happily exchange it for a working one.  If you just want to return it there may be a restocking fee.
