If i run a mile or so everyday in august will my thighs get smaller and my calves thinnner and more toned?

  1. Probably stay about the same, do a little more like two or three miles 5 times a week and your thighs and calves will get toner and possibly thinner.  Good Luck


  2. actually it will just stay the way it is...but i will get more toned. drink ALOT of water and it will get smaller...
