  1. yeah, with a proper diet you can gain all those

  2. I'll say the first and the last one but I don't think the second one will improve in your running.

  3. all of the above

  4. I've always noticed same size legs, but, and same weight. You'll run a faster mile, your heart will beat slower (more efficiently) at higher pace, and you'll build the muscles for running over time. Stay safe - dont get an injury. Running is injury prone on the knees and lower legs

  5. Weight loss might be harder to obtain it depends on your starting size, but overall, pretty much all of that. You should be able to run longer as well.

  6. well over all it depends what you are aiming for...

if you want weight loss you should do cardio which is a bunch of fast short workouts one right after the other.

if you want toned legs you should run log distances and do cardio workouts too.

if you want to run a faster mile than you should do at least 1.5 miles each day if not 2 to get a faster mile.

Overall if you want all of these then you should do cardio maybe some 100m sprints, then 200, then 400, then 200 again, then 100. then stretch then do a face paced 1.5 mile jog right after. this will help you lose some weight and get a faster mile. YOu will get toned legs if you eat correctly also.

As a tip if you get a cramp take your fingers and push in on the area where you have your cramp say right under your rib cage. Put some pressure there bend over jog 5 or 10 steps then continue to jog it will help it temperarily.
