I think that is one of the most traumatizing moments, just like when you run into your mom and dad doing it... I think you should first of all open up your heart and talk to your sister, explain her what happened, if she understand, she will know what to do.

Stop crying, relax, its a natural thing to make love, of course is not to WATCH it, but I know its hard to think on something else that is not the image you have in your mind right now.

If your sister is older than 18, I think talking to her would be the best, still if she is not, speak up to her first, before going to your mom, remember they are a couple, moms and dads always ruin your love life and can be more devastating not to ruin only your mind, but her relationship or something worst.

First of all, how old is your sister and her boyfriend? So when you saw them having s*x, you pushed them and ran crying to the cafe? If she's old enough, i suggest that you let her do whatever she wants, unless she's underage or something.
