  1. Mark Rosewater, who is the head of Magic R&D has specifically stated numerous times that Wizards does not take unsolicited card ideas. If you send him a card, he will not even look at it. He will just delete it and go on his way.

    If "your" card ever does get printed, you will not see a dime.
