  1. you have to pay for shipping costs at the same time that you pay for the item

    sellers would be out of the shipping $ if paid for after delivery


  2. You have to pay shipping costs when you check out. The seller will send you an invoice with the cost of the item and the cost of shipping. You pay the invoice and then they ship your merchandise.

  3. Shipping is added as  part of the final price, and is paid prior to shipping.
