You'll get paid job seekers around one to two weeks after your first sign on, typically by cheque. I don't see why you can't just simply get a job, instead of scrounging off the system. Hopefully, the government will be introducing new criteria for job seekers, and you'll soon find yourself scrubbing out public toilets, or cleaning graffiti off walls.

sign on days are usually monday or wednesday to get paymant by end of the week... if you sign on on a friday you may get money by middle of following week... failing that stop putting lies on your jobsearch saying you applied here and there, looked in "x" amount of papers and checked jobcentre plus online and get a job
