If i sold an item off ebay and recieved and cashed a fake check from a buyer what can i do?

can that person go to jail i know there address? what can i do??

my sister went to jail because someone

gave hera fake check and when she cashed it she got the police called on her.

so the person that sent that check to you can sure as h**l go to jail for it.

it's fraud.

and fraud is a serious offense.

they will go to jail i think!

report it to ebay! Make out a police report....asap

u ask for the proper mone and if theydotn u get the police involved or ask for the item back
