If i start planting chilli's now will they grow?

after seeing mickey form big brother eating that really hot chili i decided to buy some seeds and grow some! so i received them today and have plated them but i don't even no if its the right time of year! i live in the south east of uk x

Highly doubt it but you can try. Chilli is a summer season crop. Should be planted in April.
