If i start using my weaker arm will my?

brain start getting used to my weaker arm and will i be able to do as much as my stronger arm?

i'm a righty. i just want to have a advantage playing sports using both arm equally instead of relying on one arm.

used weights... on both arms..or do more with your left arm but still do some with your right

Work your weaker arm more.  Try picking up things with your opposite arm.  xox
