If i started running 2 miles every other day how long would it take me to get in shape?

  2. Depends on what type of shape you want. 2 miles is a good way to start out running but don't count on it to make you an athlete. After you feel comfortable running 2 miles try longer distances. Find our if there are any fun races in your area or try joining a running club. Obviously, if you want to lose weight a real exercise regimen is necessary for which you should talk to a certified health counselor.

  3. ive been running 5 miles a day for the last 4 weeks, 6'0 , 168lb, i havent lost much weihgt but im gaining a lot more stamina, id increase a half a mile every week.
