  1. Is there any kind of lifestyle plan with the South Beach Diet? Like the last chapter or phase of the diet should be you're 'life long' eating habits.

    If not, then just stick to the things you know, like choosing to eat fruits and veggies often and avoiding foods that are not so good for you. Eat small portions of desserts and of course exercise is key too!


  2. i actually did this diet and i just kept eating healthy like i dint go back to junk, but the key is exercise!!! just be healthy and working out will keep the weight off  :)  

  3. It's in your DNA to look like what you did before you started the diet. The only way to keep the weight off is by changing your eating habits for life.

    That's why diets are jokes, unless you change your diet for life.

Hey the truth is that most diets only work if you stay on them because they all lack something... they all need a good amount of excersize to be complete and lasting succeses. plus a balance between protein, good carbs, fiber and fruit/vege. try this: take small changes at a time. set a limit for one thing and when you over come it, find something else in your eating habits or lifestyle to change. soon you will lose your craveing and it will become very easy. the trick is getting past that time. for me, i started with drinking 10 glasses of water a day. it takes time to get used to but after a week it was habit. then maybe try different food choices.
