  1. You should go for a proper program with an expert's help for a better  management. Check out here for some useful info and tips.http://car-insurance.online-tips.info/ca...

  2. i believe so...just go to another carrier if they do

  3. THEY WILL NOT CANCEL YOU BUT YOU ARE GOING TO PAY MORE, NOW IF THE DAMAGE ON YOUR CAR IT SEEMS TO BE LESS THAN $500 usd JUST TAKE IT SOME WHERE AND HAVE IT FIX OUT OF YOUR OWN PACKET BUT IF IT'S OVER $500 usd  YOU JUST GOING TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH YOUR INSURANCE.

  4. no

  5. No, that is a not at fault accident & insurance does not increae because of it.  The only time an accident is surchargable is if the payout is from collision and/or liability (bodily injury or property damage to others).

  6. No, but you don't sue, you just file the claim.

  7. It depends on what is allowed by your state's insurance commission.  Generally, there is a web-site listing what types of incidences might be used to raise your rates.  If you cannot find the web-site, most state's insurance commissions are run out of their attorney general's office.  Contact them and then document what they tell you.  Because even though your insurance may NOT be allowed by your state's law to raise your rates, does not mean that they won't raise your rates.  You want to be prepared with documentation in case they improperly raise your rates.
