  1. im not sure, but i dont think you could unless you biked and swam pretty hard. Like going really fast.

  2. It all depends on what you eat and how much your daily exercise and caloric intakes are changing.  You could lose that much just by what you eat if you hadn't been dieting already.  If you do that much exercising and had been a couch potato before, you're going to start gaining muscle and tone the weight you had before.  You'll definitely start to feel better, have more energy, and be more trim as long as you're eating right too.

  3. it matters if you dont eat bad food. if you dont eat bad food youll lose like 12 ibs. it also matters if you push yourself. like you could just swin around a pool very slowly or very fast. same thing with a bike.

  4. It depends on what you're eating. If you lower your intake of simple carbs (sugar, white bread, white rice) and increase your intake of lean meats, vegetables & complex carbs (whole wheat breads and crackers) you should see a significant weight loss.

However, doing cardio every day may be a bit too much. Try 4-5 days a week so your body has a chance to recuperate.

  5. Sure.  You need a deficit of 3500 calories per day to lose a pound, so this would mean it would take 1.75 days to "burn" 3500 calories, and thus 1 pound, on a 2,000 calorie diet.  If you keep this up for 2 weeks, or 14 days, you will have lost 8lbs.  However, if you add on exercise, depending on the intensity, you will burn even more calories, and thus pounds, and you'd probably reach your goal of 10 pounds in those 14 days.  HOWEVER, the recommended loss of pounds per week is .5 - 1.5 lbs per WEEK, so I strongly advise against doing it in 2 weeks.  This will leave you sleep deprived, more prone to sickness, and overall just messed up.  (Also, remember to take vitamins, minerals, and drink water.  None of these add any calories.)

  6. i think so..the only question is will you eat 5 small healthy meals everyday? If you really want to see drastic results it might take 3-4 weeks, the weight you will be dropping first will be water weight

  7. You could lose the weight in fat, but keep in mind you might gain muscle tissue.  But that's a good thing because it's denser than fat and you'll be stronger.

  8. it's possible but will also depends on how much and what you eat during those two weeks too.  If doing more exercise makes you feel more hungry then you might offset any gain you achieve by taking in more calories.  Plus those calories could be in the form of carbohydrates or fat. so you have to take more things into account than just your increasing physical activities.
