  1. Please don't do this.  

    I did this through my pre-teens and teen years.  Now, I've spent so much time trying to regulate my body that it's sooo frustrating.  There are serious health effects that result from this.  Please just dont.

  6. You'll lose water weight but it is temporary. If you use laxatives frequently, your bowel muscles will forget how to contract on their own and this could lead to severe digestive problems and constipation. Additionally, laxatives dehydrate you. Not recommended....
