If i take pre med in one college can i take a nursing program in another college at the same time?

i want to become a RN nurse in 2 years while taking pre med in order to help save for med school

Why not get your four year RN, BSN? By getting your four year RN you would be able to work as a nurse, you would be able to progress into more senior roles with higher pay and  by doing this you would be able to get most of your pre-med courses taken. Plus any additional pre-med courses could be picked up as an elective.
