If i touch the bottom of my foot it becomes very white for a few seconds

In medicine it's called "rap cap refill" meaning, Rapid Capillary Refill. You press on the skin and push the blood out of the capillaries. It turns white. You let go and the color comes back as the blood refills the capillaries. This is normal. If it takes awhile to refill, it could indicate circulation problems.

Low circulation.  

When you do this to any part of your body and the spot stays white-ish for more than a few seconds you have very bad circulation.
