If i upload a korean drama on youtube will i get sued or in trouble?

See, i've been wondering to upload some korean dramas on my youtube account. And i'm quite afraid that i might get in trouble for doing so.

But if i do upload the video, im going to put who the owner of the video is. For example copyright 2008 (company name who owns the drama).

And just to make sure im going to add in cap letters, I DO NOT OWN THIS VIDEO bla bla bla.

So i was wondering if i would get sued or in trouble. I am quite young (under 14) and pretty sure my parents wouldn't like it if i get sued. :o.

Any helpful answers?

And Btw, if i can upload the video. The drama i downloaded only comes in the video length of 1 hour +. And the youtube copyright stated it has to be 10 mins less. So i really don't know how to split the video in half. Any1 can teach me how to? Ty =D

  1. It will get deleted because it is Korean and you might get sued.

  2. Most likley you will not get sued, but it is possible.

The most common thing that usually happens is them just removing it.

  3. i really bet your not gonna be sued though u might get in trouble with the police and u might get banned from youtube but they WILL delete the videos anywho

  4. Why even risk it when they are already online?  I see tons of them on Yidio.com, I wouldn't even take the chance if I was you.

  5. it wont get deleted because its korean but its the best way to get it deleted because its a copyright material and because you can get sued for "pirating" copyrighted material by the company who owns the drama
