If i used salt water.........?

if i put salt water on cotton wool and rubbed it on my pimples and acne would that help to make them go away quicker?

I have never heard of this, but something tells me your skin would not be happy.  You would be better off preventing pimples rather than trying to get rid of existing ones.  Find a high quality, neutral pH face wash.  Wash your face last thing before bed, or applying makeup.  Make sure your pillow cases are clean ad don't go to sleep with product in your hair.  Soaking a clean hand towel in a epsom salt solution or ice cold milk, then wrapping it around your face for about 15 minutes may help.  Make sure to do this right before you wash your face.
