Go to the doctor and explain your symptoms and let him know that you are interested in this particular med. If he deems it appropriate, he should prescribe it. It is a controlled substance and he will probably on give for a short term.

Be careful with that drug sweetheart, it is very addictive! Ask your Dr., but please don't use it unless you absolutely need it.

Xanax is very addictive, but also a very good anti anxiety medication. If you are having anxiety issues, tell your doctor.
