If i want to ask whether the Management Information Systems Program at Sheffield is better or at Cardiff?

...universities..in UK....where is the best place that I can ask that? because obviously the university websites would say they are better themselves and students from either of them would claim their own ones to be better...can anyone help me out here please?

Sheffield.  You can find reviews online.  Both have good and bad reviews, but my cousin went to Sheffield and really liked it.

PS: Sheffield is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BEAUTIFUL!!!!
