If i want to be real estate photographer what do i need to do to prepare for that job?

I recommend you find a way to get familiar with 360-tour cameras and things like QuicktimeVR so you can produce virtual tours of properties.

Videography is a big part of this and will become even bigger.  having an ability to do video file conversion (e.g. avi -> mpeg4) and so forth are important.

good eye and good camera plus some photo-manipulating  software like photoshop or coreldraw.

The art is to catch the building from the right angle when making the photography - this is not to be learned in school but to be experienced hands-on; the rest is just to keep the list of required photo shots that you have to take.
