  1. It depends. What operating system are you running, Windows or Macintosh?

    If it's Windows XP, go to the Start menu. Click Control Panel. Click Users (or something like that). Click your account. Browse around until you find the password change area.

    Macintosh-go to System Preferences. Click Accounts.

    Change it from there.
