If i want to get IT courses university , do i need to know about programing or i will learn them in university

Actually i want to get this courses in pune university

and i need some info about it cause i do not want to do any risk and waist my time

You will be assessed before you are enrolled on the course.  I would necessarily say you need programming but some computer knowledge will be needed.
