If i want to pay principal on my car will my dealership let me?

I am financed directly from the VW. I believe it's called Volkswagen Credit.

Did you purchase your car from a "buy here-pay here" lot and are you making payments directly to them or a bank? In either case, it's a simple interest loan, and yes, you can pay on the principal. However, if it's a "buy here-pay-here" lot, keep track of ALL the payments you make to them, in case they are not computerized.

but isn't that between you and bank etc..
