If i want to start a fund-raiser to help starving kids in africa how do i learn more about their culture & ect

i need to know what things i can provide for them that wont affect or offend their culture or religion.

Don't give them milk that is for sure, in west and north Africa over 90% of the population cannot properly digest milk, this mistake was made in the past, east africans can have milk though.

Pork is offensive to muslims in the north, sub sahara africa is christians so no abnormalties there.

But besides that there is way too much Africa is not one similar culture, what countries are you going to help specificly, and I'll do minor research
