Go to flickr.com, login as yourself, click on "Your Photostream" on the right and then look at the URL.  Copy and paste the URL and now people can see your pictures.  Make sure that your pictures are set to "public" view.

Additional details:

No, only you can see your history.  Unless you're planning to give out your username and password, nobody will have access to your profile.  Like I said previously, only set the photos you want to show to "public,"  while you should set the photos you don't want to share with the world to "Private" and select "friends or family" if you want your contacts to see them.
