If i wanted to be a Social Worker what degree do i need to obtain?

A degree in social work is offered at many schools. If they don't have that then your best option is some kind of humanities or sociology major.

Many colleges have social work as a major.  A master's would be helpful.

First a degree in just about anything (but people usually do a humanities type program), then a Masters in social work or counseling - but preferably social work.
