  1. You can read some books on the topic. You need to pass regulatory exams in order to get a job, try www.sii.org.uk


  2. nope.  there are industry exams. most brokers also go for their cfa designation these days.  depending on who you ask, the opinion on the designation differs.

    are you sure this is a good move?  the financial sector s losing jobs left, right, and center these days because of bad investment decisions made in the past.

  3. You're most likely to be offered a job if you have a related 2.1 or higher degree for example in finance or economics.
