I would love to emmigrate, new zealand is a country i absolutley love the look of....

To get immigration often a trade that either country requires is needed, rather than train here could i train over there?????? Are there any provisions for people wishing to do this... Im a single male in my 20's with no dependants, no trade or skill, but am thinking of training so i can go there.... Any advise is well appreciated :)

  1. can you activate your e-mail through yahoo answers, I will give you information

  2. it would be best to get information from australia house, but i think you have to have a trade already, also somwhere to live, family there to sponsor you and money to live on for 2 years.

  3. Check out the Australian government website. Lots of info there. Look at the Occupational Trainee Visa (Subclass 442) section. Much will depend on what skills and experience you already have.

I've also found the New Zealand Government website which will give info on requirements for immigration to NZ

  4. There is expos coming up in the UK in 2 months on NZ and Australia.  This would be a great opportunity for you to go and see about getting work in either country and they help you through the process.

If you want to study in Australia see http://studyinaustralia.gov.au for options, NZ see http://www.study-in-new-zealand.eu

Plenty of apprentiships around for trades.... (if that is they way you want to go instead of uni)

    Good Luck

  5. I've already looked into this for my self. You need to have seven years experience in a skilled trade with three of those years consecutive.

Binging in your 20's you can try out a working holiday visa. It allows you to go over there for 2 years to work and travel. But to immigrate you need to already be skilled.
